This weekends paddle will take place at the Lake Wateree Recreation Area, located off highway 97 near Camden, SC. The rental cabin is full but camp sites are available if you have not already signed up. The Long Bay Paddlers was organized in the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina in July 2002 for the purpose of bringing together paddling enthusiasts with a common interest in paddle sports and related outdoor activities.

We have kayak trips scheduled nearly every month of the year and we're acitve in flatwater kayaking in local rivers, lakes, and marsh areas, and occasionally surf kayaking in the ocean.
